Cancellations + Consultations

CANCELLATIONS

All new clients will be required to provide a credit card upon booking any service. There will be a charge of 50% of the service to the card if your appointment is not cancelled or adjusted within the 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time. 

Time is precious and my goal is to be efficient and effective at 101. This ensures the best experience for all of our guests. 

Feel free to contact me at any time to adjust the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee! 

HAIR COLOR CONSULTATIONS

I provide complimentary consultations prior to booking a hair color service. This consists of 10-15 minutes to discuss logistics and the appropriate booking for your service. 

This policy is important to me so that we can provide the best experience for you with the integrity of the hair at top priority at all times. 

Service Guarantee

 

I make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at 101 Hair Studio. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service OR within 48 hours after your service has been performed. 

 

Refunds

 

All services are non-refundable but I will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

 The issue must be a mistake from the service I provided... not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be discussed with owner, Sara Carpenter. 

You have 48 hours to contact me directly to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date and pictures will be required for on file reference. 

 Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result
